Reach Out

Tell us your date, preferred time, and event details. We’ll check availability and get back to you quickly. For corporate or non-profit events, mention it early so we can discuss invoicing, tax-exempt documentation, and any custom branding.

Choose Your Booth

Pick one or more booths and any add-ons. Our booking form calculates a live estimate, including special combo pricing. Unlimited means guests can take as many photos and videos as they want during your paid hours — no print or session caps.

We Set Up

Our standard is to arrive about one hour early for delivery, setup, and on-site management. Many clients appreciate our flexibility — we can often arrive earlier the day of, or even the day before when schedules allow. One hour prior remains our minimum.

You Celebrate

Your guests capture unlimited photos and videos while you enjoy the event. We handle the rest so you can focus on your celebration. An on-site attendant operates the booth, assists guests, and manages teardown so everything runs smoothly.

Photo Booth FAQ

We aim to arrive 1 hour before the scheduled start time to set up the booth and make sure everything is ready. Let us know if you need additional setup time.
Magic Mirror, Selfie, and Adjustable Selfie: minimum 10ft × 10ft for the booth, backdrop, table, props, and printer.
360 Video Booth: 12ft × 12ft with at least 8ft of ceiling height.
Photobooth Enclosure: indoor space only.
Booking more than one booth? Plan space for each. We’re happy to help plan your layout.
Each photo booth needs a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area that isn’t shared with high-draw equipment like DJ systems or heaters. 360-only events don’t need an outlet because the 360 runs on battery. Generators must be approved in advance.
Yes! Add the 360 Video Booth to any Magic Mirror, Selfie, or Adjustable Selfie booking for just $100/hr instead of the standard $175/hr.
The Keychain Booth ($100/hr) and Photobooth Enclosure ($50/hr) can be added to a Magic Mirror, Selfie, or Adjustable Selfie booth. They are not available with the 360 Video Booth on its own. The enclosure is indoor only.
Delivery, setup, and teardown are included within 75 miles of Wichita Falls. Beyond that, a travel fee of $1.00 per mile (round trip) applies to the miles past the first 75, and it will be shown on your quote before you book. For outdoor events, a canopy or tent and carpet or flooring on level ground must be provided; otherwise an additional charge applies. See Travel in our Terms.
Our prop collection rotates and includes classics plus themed props for weddings and other events. Backdrops include solid colors, printed designs, and sequins. Custom sign props and custom backdrops are available on request.
Yes. AI transformations are only on the Magic Mirror, and they’re always optional for guests. For school or children’s events, just ask and we’ll turn them off for your event.
Guests receive their photos and videos instantly by text, email, or QR code. You’ll also get a link to an online gallery of the whole event within 7 days. Galleries are kept for 6 months, so be sure to download anything you want to keep.
Yes. Your contract is sent with your invoice so you can review it, sign online, and pay in one place.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. The deposit is non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule at least 30 days before your event, your payments can move to a new date within 12 months. See Cancellation & Rescheduling for full details.
Listed prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes are added to your final invoice. Non-profit and tax-exempt organizations can email their documentation to events@cwhaticphotobooths.com to have sales tax removed.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance up to $1 million per occurrence. A Certificate of Insurance naming your venue is available on request; please ask at least 7 days before your event.
Yes! We proudly offer a 20% discount to active-duty military members, veterans, and their families. Just provide valid ID at booking. Discounts can’t be combined, but our 360 combo rate and tax-exempt status still apply.
